This quantum philosophy kind of stuff isn't really my thing, but last year I got briefly quite interested in this paper by Adrian Kent, who is a Professor of Quantum Physics at the Department of Applied Maths and Theoretical Physics in Cambridge (and let's face it, it doesn't get any better than that - Commander Data was a professor there too!):

(I see it was mentioned briefly on Skeptiko.)
I wasn't really convinced by the argument - not that I'm particularly qualified to judge - but I thought it was quite noteworthy that a mainstream theoretical physicist would postulate equation (1), which means that quantum probabilities are modulated by someone's state of mind. (Also it's interesting that he still numbers that equation, even though it's the only equation in the paper.)
Probably it would be more up the street of some other people here, and they could comment on it more sensibly than I can.
