I just thought this discussion has became quite involved into its thing and didn't have much to do with Brian's "forum name change" I'm-outta-here-f-off thread (the repetition of the title of which I'm not too personally pleased to see coming up all the time).

If there's a better name for the new thread than "Intelligent Design", anyone can feel free to propose one.
