I mean that and more. Structure is a possibility that has been realized. It could mean selection of a timeline from the infinite set of possibilities or it could mean looking around the room and choosing to identify some pieces of metal and wood as a chair because you can possibly sit in it.

I don't think it is necessary to invoke 'many worlds'. QM has other possibilities, doesn't it?

OK - correction I wanted to know what he meant by an infinite sea of possibility - I agree QM gives you that regardless of interpretation.
