When my youngest son was a toddler he would occasionally speak about his "other mummy". When we tried to discover what he meant (his actual mother being somewhat concerned, of course) he would say the mummy he had before. We asked where she is now and he said something like "under the lawn" which we took to man dead and buried in toddler talk.

By the way, don't you just love the first sentence of the article:
