Why should I trust any papers made by these people?
I consider the Psi encyclopedia a valuable resource.

Incidentally - the latest spate of posts were triggered by my posting of a radio interview "In the Psychiatris's Chair". I thought it shed some light on Geller's personality and life.

If anyone has difficulty accessing the BBC audio, send me a PM and I may be able to help.

I thought it would be useful to start a new thread on introductory reading material about experimental parapsychology, which I've done here. I've added a couple more recommendations to Oleo's:

I bet he’s fun at parties. Tricky childhood.

Thanks I'll look into it.

Yes, I'm reading a book on Geller at the moment, still only on his childhood after about 60 pages. A lot of changes to handle.

URI Geller Reveals the Secrets of Spoon Bending.
Those of you with long memories will recognize he's using the same shtick in this vid he used at the beginning of his career.
Here's his self promoting video.

He is just using props, or galium spoons. He got exposed by Randi.

It's funny that how after weeks of reflection you have nothing new to say on the topic. Not even a new type of criticism. Just hero-worship of Randi - over and over. Surely even you must get bored with the monotony.
