Recursive Projection

This is a very work in progress thing that I came up with yesterday and did very minimal tests with at the time but here’s what the basic concept is and the problem it hopes to solve and why I think it might be able to work

A recursive projection is a method where you attempt to take what you are actually experiencing and instead put that in your mind’s eye as if you are projecting to where and when you actually are. Since you are seeing what you are also visualizing, recursion is achieved.

A recursive projection is meant to be a modification or extension of an overlay projection, which is where you attempt to allow your minds eye to see things that are out of phase around you. Creating a perceptual overlay on top of the physical world.

I’ve done a bunch of work trying to figure out what it is that actually keeps me in my body and by extension keeps my energy contained as well. I’ve identified a certain looping feeling in the center of my head that appears to be related to OBE. Specifically preventing it. Recently I also thought that this looping felt like a more condensed version of that which would occur in my tether during the times that Dreamsoap had pulled me out of my body. Particularly during one where I attempted to quite literally cut the tether to prevent myself from returning to my physical body. The result was the opposite, speeding up my disintegration and then subsequent unconsciousness and return to the body.

This result made some sense, The looping between my physical and spirit body was what was holding me together and I knew there was some risk though I thought cutting the tether would prevent me from returning here at least since there’d be nothing left holding me to that body. I suspected at the time that the reason this didn’t happen was due to me being “anchored” to that body due to the loop making the spirit and body inextricably similar in signature. Creating a lowest energy state in my soul that would invariably gravitate it back to that body so long as it could hold it.

The concern had been that if I cut the loop the two ends would continue moving, but not being connected to anything anymore they would basically unravel me as if I was made of a single thread. I attempted to use my own energy to make a cut that would cause the two severed ends to instead bind to each other. Believing that this could keep the loop going and thus keep me “alive” without needing to be connected to a body. But I wasn’t skilled enough to pull it off.

I suspect this looping may work to hold me, and presumbably other people, in their bodies. Creating the individuation of consciousness we’re all used to. The mechanism would be something like this: A naturally occurring waveform, likely the persons signature, would be used to generate an equal and opposite waveform similar to noise cancelling technology. This resulting null wave inextricably becomes linked to the given body via either being nullified in such a way as to match the timespace signature of the body or to have the signature injected after the fact.

If this is true it may be possible to glitch the system and introduce a waveform that instead nullifies in a destabilizing way which would pop me out of my body. I have suspicions that this already happens since OBE has a very linear and predictable series of stages. First you have to push , then you plateau, then you get pulled out of your body involuntarily. It’s possible the final pulling stage happens due to inducing such a glitch wave.

If I’m right, a properly configured recursive projection may decouple me from my body and cause such a glitch. All of this is incredibly tentative and work in progress. I just wanted to write it up for my own notes as much as to share. I’m aware that probably none of this makes sense to anyone else but feel free to ask me whatever questions you like.
