Try to make comparison between Pentagons entire budget, and this projects budget, and making it sound like its so small and insignificant that it practically doesn't exist, and with such small budget the phenomenon they investigate must be totally irrelevant.

To summarise, they both believe that official disclosure is inevitable now and it's only a matter of time. According to their sources, there is a also going to be a televised event of some kind in the near future.
