Thanks for posting this Sciborg, I watched it and I thought it was interesting.

His thought process regarding meditation and how through it one can understand "the texture" of their own mind makes sense to me. Through the inner work and familiarization, it would be much easier to identify intrusive thoughts that someone could label as a spirit trying to communicate with them, as it wouldn't fit the typical signature of their mind. It's impossible to say where the fantasy and reality begins with that sort of thing, but there is definitely something to be said about the benefits of knowing your own mind and thought processes to identify and remove unhealthy thoughts and inner voices regardless.

It's always interesting to me that meditation seems to be the key factor in a lot of anomalous phenomena, from spirits and mediumship to aliens, and there are a lot of astounding neurological benefits to the practice as well.
