I agree - this would be much more effective if we had just one alternative forum. As I understand it, part of the issue is that this forum is moderated, and the other isn't - as its Esperanto name suggests.
I am sure you realise that I am in favour of moderation! I don't want to do it, but I do want it done. At the moment we are a collection of hand picked friends, but if this place becomes established, others will join - and it is a simple fact that some people join forums to spoil the discussion any way they can.

Another question is which topics does the forum wish to cover. Now I have a personal view that I'd like to focus on mind/science/spirituality. Others may want a broader scope, or shifted emphasis, Here I think having another forum could be complementary and mutually beneficial, in terms of subject areas.
