A most interesting talk by a Psychiatrist/Writer/Philosopher. He wrote a book called ‘The Master and his Emissary’ about the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Having had a stroke which took away the use of part of my left hemisphere I found this talk most interesting. Yin/Yang comes to mind - it’s all necessary. I found him to be a good balance of Scientific & Spiritual.
