The YouTube channel of the Parapsychology Foundation has published a video of a 1998 talk "The Healing Pump" by Chip Brown, describing it as follows:

I haven't (yet?) watched this video, but thought I'd post it here in case it is of interest (hoping I've picked the right subforum for it):
