The Spirituality Research Team at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is conducting the following research study:

This is a questionnaire study of Near Death Experiences or some other non-ordinary experiences that fundamentally altered your beliefs or understanding about death and dying. This research study is being conducted by the Spirituality Research Team at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and has been approved by the Johns Hopkins University Institutional Review Board (IRB). The IRB application number for this research study is IRB00080423. Dr. Roland Griffiths, Ph.D. is the Principal Investigator for this research study. From the SPR's Paranormal Review - the Consciousness and Experiential Psychology Section of the British Psychological Society is organising a symposium on 25 April 2020 on the theme "End-of-Life: Inner experience and unusual awareness in the dying" at the Society's headquarters.
